Insulator Designers
In this section, I have tried to collect together information about the lives and achievements of designers / inventors who were involved in the development of the Telegraph
Its is no where near complete and any extra information would be appreciated.
Certain inventors have remained particularly elusive, in particular John Henry Cordeaux. His main achievement, possibly his only one, was to put a cork / rubber washer on a threaded pin with an internally threaded insulator. A simple, effective step forward in insulator design.
I need photos, birth / death dates, patent listings or even better copies of patents with insulator details on, listings of relevant publications. Infact anything will help.
